account activated within 1 - 2 business days. For .com.my plus hosting services,
we will have your account activated within 2-3 business days, subject to MyNIC
domain approval process (Payment upfront is required in order for us to process

do I renew my hosting plan?
Your hosting will NOT be renewed
automatically. If you wish to renew, you will have to inform renewal@asiapac.com.my
before your hosting expires otherwise we will assume you wish to terminate your
hosting with us. |

What is the role of the Authorized Contact?
AsiaPac will ask the Authorized Contact for permission when we feel a security
issue is involved. This is normally in the case of cancellations, modifications
to DNS records, name server changes, etc. |

do I need to do to change the Authorized Contact information for my account?
Please fax a request with your company letterhead addressed to "AsiaPac" with subject "Change of Authorization Contact" stating
you wish to change your contact information and providing us with the relevant
details. You can fax it to 03-9057 4443. Please note that only the current Authorized
Contact can make changes. |
